Exporting the order list to Excel
Heading to the post office to send orders? Going to meet customers? Just save the order list to your tablet or smartphone — and all the information is at hand!
Reseller v2.1.255.0 lets you export the order list to Excel for any period you need.
The new product catalogue
When you add different products to the app, the system doesn’t know what a product is or which category it belongs to. To identify a product clearly, you need to give it a “product code” and assign it a category. Managing categories is what the “Product catalogue” is for.
The new “Product catalogue” has become a powerful tool for managing product categories and groups. You can now search the catalogue and quickly collapse and expand the category tree. Products in the catalogue can now have a code and a default sale price, which is filled in automatically when the product is added to the cart.
Remember: the more detail you put into your product catalogue, the more data the “Income by category” and “Income by product” reports will give you for analysing your business.
Overhead expenses
No business runs without expenses. There are always costs for advertising, rent, hosting, taxes — the list goes on and on. Even each individual order has overheads: delivery to the customer or a bank fee.
Reseller v2 now lets you track overhead expenses. You can create any expense categories and record both expenses linked to a specific order (for example, paying for delivery to the customer, a bank fee or an online auction fee) and expenses of the business as a whole (rent, hosting, advertising, taxes). And the “Overhead expenses” and “Profit” reports will help you analyse all your expenses and see your real profit.
New reports
Four new reports give you even more ways to analyse your business:
- “Profit” — overhead expenses, profit from sales and the bottom-line profit after overhead expenses;
- “Income by category” — quantity sold, sales total, cost and profit for each product category, including subcategories;
- “Income by product” — quantity sold, sales total, cost and profit for every product in the catalogue;
- “Overhead expenses” — total overhead expenses across all categories, including subcategories.
