Today marks the official release of Reseller v2.0.230.0 — the first version available as a free download.
Reseller is a trade accounting app that takes into account all the specifics of selling online. Unlike complex general-purpose accounting software, Reseller has a simple, clear interface and only the features most users need, so it is much easier to learn and use.
The app comes in three editions:
- Reseller v2 Professional FREE;
- Reseller v2 Professional;
- Reseller v2 Home.
Reseller v2.0.230.0 features
- simple, convenient tracking of ordered or purchased goods (invoices);
- clear invoice statuses: you can keep an eye on a parcel in transit, and a deadline notification makes sure you don’t miss the window when you can still claim a refund for a parcel that hasn’t arrived;
- various payment schemes that let you keep track of what you owe a supplier: full payment, payment for individual items in an order and/or for shipping, payment in instalments;
- proportional allocation of shipping costs to the cost of goods: if an invoice contains several items at different prices, the app automatically calculates the shipping and the cost of each item;
- configurable periods for displaying invoices, and grouping of invoices by various criteria;
- full tracking of purchased goods — expected, in stock, sold, lost in transit;
- a product catalogue for quickly creating invoices and grouping products;
- simple, clear tracking of goods sold (orders);
- clear order statuses to keep track of payment and dispatch, with support for postal shipments, including cash on delivery;
- tracking of order payments in instalments;
- pre-orders for goods not yet in stock: once the goods arrive, the app lets you know the order can be shipped;
- detailed profit calculation for individual items and for the whole order, with the profit percentage relative to cost;
- customer and supplier records;
- a configurable database of postal services, marketplaces and countries;
- multi-currency support: prices can be entered in any currency, and exchange rates are updated automatically over the Internet;
